Conference events are located at American Legion Post 32, 315 S Bowen St, Longmont, CO 80501
Saturday, January 28
- Coffee, hot water and iced tea will be available in banquet hall. Department will provide the products (Anette has tea). Post 32 will prepare and have available.
- 7:30 -9:00 a.m. Breakfast at the hotel for those staying. Post 32 light breakfast, available for $10.
- 8:30-10:00 a.m. Joint opening session. Post 32 Honor Guard to post colors. Commanders and ALA President provide script.
- 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. AL, ALA, SAL, ALR breakouts in the designated areas. P32 cancel poker that day.
- 12:00-1:30 m. Past Commanders Club lunch in banquet hall, and ALA lunch in Unit 32 Room. $15 for sub sandwiches.
- 1:30-4:00 m. Legion, ALA and SAL meetings in assigned areas. Commanders and ALA President will provide their schedules.
- 4:00-5:00 m. AL Riders to meet in ALA Room.
- 4:00-5:00 m. Post 32 team to set up banquet hall for back bar to open, and full banquet. Commander Johnson and Adjutant Lish to provide instructions for set up.
- 5:30 -6:15 p.m. Social Hour in banquet hall. Back bar open throughout baquet.
- 6:15-8:30 m. Jeffrey Luginbuel Media Awards Banquet in banquet hall Adjutant Lish to MC the banquet and keep on schedule.$25 steak.
- 8:30-11:30 m. Karokee entertainment in lounge.
Lodging and Shuttle info

The room rate is $109 plus tax is a great price for these very nice rooms, just 1.5 miles from the post. Department staff Adjutant Jim Lish is Legion contact.
- All conference activities take place at P32. The hotel will be used for sleeping rooms.
- Post 32 will provide a shuttle service for Legion Family participants. Post adjutant has list of drivers, not made public due to personal information.
- Shuttle Schedule: 4:45-6:45 pm, 8:15-10:15 pm. Sat.7:30-9:00 am, 4:45-6:15 pm, 8:30-10:30 pm. Ask that preregistration ask if shuttle will be needed
