• 11:30-1:30 p.m.  Normal daily lunch open, available to all. $9-$12 cost.
• 1:00-4:00 p.m. DEC meetings – Legion in banquet hall. ALA Finance and DEC.in the Aux room. SAL in game room.  No SAL DEC.
• 5:00-7:00 p.m. 7:00-10:00 Normal Friday night dinner served in banquet room, pay as you go. Live Band entertainment in the longue. Department leadership will provide fund raising details.

Lodging and Shuttle info

The room rate is $109 plus tax is a great price for these very nice rooms, just 1.5 miles from the post.  Department staff Adjutant Jim Lish is Legion contact.
• All conference activities take place at P32. The hotel will be used for sleeping rooms.
• Post 32 will provide a shuttle service for Legion Family participants. Post adjutant has list of drivers, not made public due to personal information.
• Shuttle Schedule:   4:45-6:45 pm, 8:15-10:15 pm.  Sat.7:30-9:00 am, 4:45-6:15 pm, 8:30-10:30 pm. Ask that preregistration ask if shuttle will be needed
